Initial Consultation

At Awaken, we offer treatment types tailored to you. A nice, long 75 minute initial consultation gives us time to get to know exactly what is going on with you internally, from a Chinese Medicine perspective. You will have your pulse taken, your face, tongue skin and hair inspected (it’s fine, I promise), and answer some questions you many have never been asked before.
After this initial consultation, you will have your follow up consultations and acupuncture treatments according to your treatment plan.

Express Treatment

If you are only have 30 minutes on your lunch break or before work for a quick treatment – we’ve got you. We have a 30 minuteexpress treatment just for you.

Standard Consultation

Got a bit more time? Want to spend a blissful 45 minutes listening to music, warming up under our far infrared heat lamp, breathing in aromatherapy and perhaps even meditating? Our standard 45 minute follow up consultation and acupuncture treatment is for you.
Been to the gym and hurt your back/neck/knee/shoulder/elbow/ankle/hip/wrist? We have a treatment for you that involves warming far infrared heat and cupping therapy to ease you back to health. Just book in for the Musculoskeletal initial/ follow up consultation which can include cupping if you choose.

Free Consultation

Not sure if your health condition is one that can be improved with acupuncture? Pop in for a FREE 15 minute consultation and we can explore whether or not acupuncture will be of benefit to you. Not every condition has good evidence to support acupuncture treatment, despite being seen as a panacea or cure-all. I would rather be up front with you then have you waste your precious time or money.

Best of all, we know you probably work a 9-5pm so we are also open before & after hours, 7am to 7pm on Tuesdays and Friday, and we are open Saturdays.
